Area Minister the Revd Dr. Gillian Poucher. Gillian was ordained and inducted at Gainsborough United Reformed Church in 2006 and in 2022 is now the area Minister for Lincolnshire.
The principal Church Officers are:
Church Secretary: Ms. Susan Bee. Susan has been Church Secretary since 2007.
Church Treasurer: Mrs. Janet Gilbert. Janet has been Church Treasurer since 1981.
Church Safeguarding Co-ordinator: Ms. Susan Bee.

Church officers meet every month (except August) with Elders elected by the church. In common with other United Reformed Churches, the elders share pastoral oversight of the church.
Church Meetings are held after Sunday worship on a quarterly basis. All church members are invited to attend and contribute to decisions regarding the life of the church.
